STEP 1: Shortly after you become a client of Cohen & Winters, you will receive an invitation from us to join our secure database, which will give you access to your documents. Click on the link to enter the database.
STEP 2: After you click on the link you will be brought to a registration page. Enter your name, choose a secure password, select your time zone, review the terms, and click the REGISTER button.
STEP 3: You will be brought to a client view, click on View to see if you have any documents or transaction information.
STEP 4: You can bookmark this page to easily access it in the future. The first open tab is the Documents tab, which shows New and Archived documents. Once you have read a document, check it and click on Mark As Read to move it to the archive. When there is a new document ready for your review you will receive an e-mail alerting you with a link to log in.
STEP 5: You can also click the Transactions tab to view your transactions including payments received, invoices, and expenses paid on your behalf. The running balance shows your current balance (a positive number indicates an amount owed, a negative number indicates an amount on retainer).
