The entire focus of the Cohen & Winters team is helping good people who find the need for legal help, often for the first and only time in their lives. Jonathan and Andrew both started practicing as as public defenders in 1999, where they each defended hundreds of criminal cases for people who couldn’t afford a lawyer. This community oriented work as creates a bond. Later, in 2009 they partnered up, providing dedicated services to their community and throughout the state.

Since joining forces, and establishing a New Hampshire law firm, Jonathan and Andrew have expanded their practice to other areas where they can help people in need. They are known as New Hampshire personal injury lawyers who fight to see that victims of car accidents and other forms of negligence get fair compensation. They also regularly assist people who have the misfortune of going through a divorce or custody battle, and helping create estate plans for clients who want to make sure their affairs are in order.
